Shipping within the United States

We currently ship within the United States. Standard Shipping is free on all orders, with no minimum purchase required.

Processing time
Each order takes 1–2 business days to prepare. During this time, we select your item, inspect it, and pack it for dispatch.

Delivery times
Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 3–7 business days, bringing the total delivery timeframe to 4–9 business days from the date your order is placed.

Order cut-off time
Our order cut-off time is 5:00 PM Pacific Time, Monday to Saturday. Orders placed after the cut-off will be processed on the next business day.

Tracking your order
A shipping confirmation email with your tracking information will be sent once your order has been dispatched. You can use the tracking details to follow your shipment until delivery.

Possible delivery delays
We aim to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe. However, delays may occasionally occur because of high order volumes, weather conditions, carrier disruptions, or other logistical circumstances outside our control.
