How to start a return

Email info@parkerandkent.com with your order number to begin the return process. Our team will provide the instructions you need and guide you through the next steps.

Return window

You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date. To qualify, the item must be unused, remain in its original condition, and include all original packaging. There are no restocking fees.

Return shipping and exchanges

Return postage is the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a trackable shipping service so you can follow the shipment until it arrives with us.

If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund, let our support team know when you contact us. We will be happy to assist.

Refund timing

Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 7 business days. Once processed, your bank may take a few extra days to show the funds.
